First round interview was on campus with an analyst and an associate. Second round interview was in the office. For me, I was relatively close to San Francisco, so I went in for an in-office interview and met most of the higher ups in the office. The interview took about 3.5 hours. Everyone in the San Francisco office is very friendly and professional. Third round interview candidates are flown out to Chicago. In my year, there were about 20 candidates - 10 from the west coast and 10 from the east. The interview process is done in parts with the west coast candidates coming in the afternoon before Super Thursday and dining with some analysts. Final round interviews start early Thursday morning and take about 4 hours with one-on-one interview with 8 different professionals from different offices (NY, Dallas, Chicago, etc.). I heard back with an offer within one day of the final interview.

Applied for the position and recieved a HireVue within 2 weeks. There was 4-5 behavioral questions. Questions were of average difficulty. Be ready for brain teasers and to have a stock pitch prepared.
