I applied online, and then received an invitation for virtual interview. The virtual interview consisted of me answering pre-recorded questions from employees from the company. The interview allow you 30 seconds before answering, and gives you about 2 minutes to respond. After that, the next step was I received a link for an assessment that I'm just awaiting the results.
