One phone interview with the hiring manager and then individual in-person interviews with him, his colleague and HR. It took about 2.5 hours. I thought the interviews went really well & felt that the position was a perfect fit, but I received no response from HR even after I contacted them twice for my status. It has been almost two months since my interview, but still no word or automatic rejection email from Pru.

I interviewed for a technical role, however, most questions were behavior-based.
"tell me how...?"
It seems to be the trend these days as most companies have adopted this style of interview questions.

LENGTHY! A couple panel interviews followed by a few one on one interviews with others on the team before a final interview with the hiring manager. Entire process took about two and a half months. This was followed by an exaggerated onboarding process.
2 rounds of interview with VP and a senior VP. HR vetted the candidates and follow up on short list. The time it took from interviews to starting at Prudential can be improved.
