Commercial real estate sales and leasing.after routine phone screen invited in to speak with several team members including the head broker. her background was also commercial sales and she was interested in my plan and how potential and support my endeavors.
Very detailed and license required. Went for more than one interview. Had to take real estate classes in order to obtain a real estate agent license. Very helpful staff and management during the process.

Easy, you interview them as much as they interview you
You want to look at the office, meet your fellow agents and ask them a lot of questions.
As a new agent, you want to be able to have a friendly rapport and be able to ask for help if needed.
Every agency has a different commission structure so be prepared to ask questions and compare with other agencies.
