The interview process was pretty standard. The phone interview with the managers was focused on the resume/ experiences in the past. For the on-site interview, there were some behavioral questions, They give me plenty of time to ask questions. The team did a great job accessing work capability by asking relevant questions. I was able to see that Prudential is driven to excellence. They hire top talented people.

2 stage interview process 1 - Interviewed by HR & Manager 2 - Interview by Head of department Overall, good experience. The interviewers were very friendly. Interview was done online.

This job was entry level so they didn't ask any technical questions, just general queations, also no quizes

It was a very smooth interview. The recruiters are very nice. They asked some behavioral questions and technical questions. The interview took about 2 hrs 30 mins Overall speaking, it was a positive experience.
