I completed one phone screen with a technical recruiter after applying online and then a few weeks later they asked me to come in for a face to face interview. I then interviewed with a frontline supervisor and department manager together, and the Department Director 1 on 1. They seemed like a very nice and intelligent group, and had all been with Prudential for 20+ years.
