It was a very thorough process. It was held over 2 sessions one of which was a very full on day. It comprised of everything thing from psychometric testing through to fireside chats with management team.

Very easy process. One round virtual and then two in person with the regional hiring manager. Very conversational and laid back. The second in person interview was mostly going over information regarding the commission structure
Thorough and quick, though consistent contact was a bit of an issue. I was a bit confused about time and the employee did not show up to the first scheduled interview, as there was a bit of a gap with regards to communication.
