The process is fairly simple and quick. They may ask to do two interviews in a week. The time spent in the interview is usually about an hour or maybe even longer but for the most part its small talk about yourself and about the interviewer as well.

the questions they ask are fairly easy and simple. The questions are mostly about yourself. For example: Tell me about a risk you took, Tell me about a time you were challenged and how you solved it, Tell me about a time you built trust with someone.

Conversational. Almost seemed more like they were trying to sell me on the concept of working there. The language and metrics used to describe the job seem to exaggerate reality.

Very easy process. One round virtual and then two in person with the regional hiring manager. Very conversational and laid back. The second in person interview was mostly going over information regarding the commission structure
Thorough and quick, though consistent contact was a bit of an issue. I was a bit confused about time and the employee did not show up to the first scheduled interview, as there was a bit of a gap with regards to communication.
