The interview process took nearly 5 weeks . She kept telling me she’ll make decision by next week then left for vacation . She cost me a job offer . Hiring manager needs to be clear and transparent. Don’t say you’ll make decision next week and leave for vacation . You will lose good candidates because the hiring process is too long and they have other opportunities
