Questions especially for some actuarial departments are technical and it takes a while. User interviews are very helpful, many leads through example if you have trouble answering questions to know how do you understand instructions given and how can you interpret.

really quick process with a timely feedback; really nice and kind interviewer; I love the atmosphere here. I believe this would be a good workplace. However, I fail this interview.
