I drove close to 1H 1/2M- 2H to get to the interview which was fine but when I got there I was told most interviews were done over “teams” so not sure why I had to make the commute. The interview was smooth and everyone in the office were sweet. I was offered the job and given the benefits booklet to look over. I was told I would get a phone call later on in the day and to look out for an email for my background check. After following up more than 3 times via call and email, I was finally emailed back by the hiring women (not even the manager who hired me). I was told they changed their mind and went with someone else. The reason I was given was not even a valid reason in my eyes. I had already given 2 weeks notice at my job at this point. To say I’m very frustrated is an understatement. The job description isn’t accurate to what I applied for and what the job intended either.

The interviewing process was smooth, cordial, and professional. Questions were direct and straightforward. The setup was calm, quiet with plenty of lighting. I felt comfortable with the interview, and I was able to be myself during the whole process.
