It was multiple rounds of interviews. The first was just the application process and then they will invite you to record interview questions. There are seven questions and they are pretty in depth. You will also play 3 games which is used to measure mental and logical capacity. If they are pleased with those results, you will be invited to do a live phone reading.

Great it was a good experience and truly enjoyed The process very much I was excited to start and was treated with great respect I wouldn’t change my decision to work there for the world
You do the application first which is very general and takes maybe 10 minutes. 2nd step is the video interview which takes about 30 mins. If they like your video responses they schedule you for two 15 minute readings. If they like how you read you get hired as an independent contractor.
