The interview process was very poor. My initial interview with the recruiter was rescheduled day of the call (stuff happens so we extend grace). When it came time for the rescheduled interview with the recruiter, they were 15 min late so I emailed them to see if they were okay. Immediately after my email I received a call. The recruiter told me they were on a call that ran late (I’m sure they forgot and my email served as a reminder). During the course of our conversation the recruiter struggled to find their words and it seemed like they were fresh on the job (despite being in their role for more than two years). Overall, it was a less than desirable experience. Honestly, I dodged a bullet. I did get a decline email about a week after our call. I’m thankful the process didn’t go any further. I’d hate to waste more of my time.
