Pretty short overall - Was interviewing for a media buyer position. Was more interested in my excel experience than anything else. They also are really interested in how well you can fit within the group. So bring a lot of energy and personality to the interview.
First Round - Phone call with Recruiter about role, behavioural questions
2nd round: Hiring Manager - deeper dive into role, expectations, previous experiences, technical and behavioural questions
Then one more round with executive leadership depending on role.
The process takes 1 hours, and interviewed by senior colleagues. It comes up with description with the current job positions and the upcoming further of career and the reason why to the company
