Approached by a member of the team with a vacancy via Linkedin. Had a screener interview, followed by an interview with HR/Recruiter on salary expectations. Then received a case study and had a panel interview after which I was ghosted. All online interviews, the interviewers didn't even turn their cameras on, very unprofessional.

The interview was ok I never got an answer though, even if it is just "no we are not hiring you", negative or positive, it's better than to be kept waiting.
