HR knew that I was not from Prague and that I had to travel to attend the meeting, which needed to be planned in advance. However, the "polite" lady refused the meeting (which had been pre-arranged) due to the manager not being in the office. I understand this once, but after three times, it's not fair treatment for a job applicant. They kept me waiting for almost a month and a half for the meeting, and after the first step, they didn't send me a confirmation email. When I reminded them about it the day before the meeting, the "polite" lady replied that it was "my fault and a job that they didn't have." Either HR doesn't know what they're doing, doesn't know which positions are available, or has schizophrenia (otherwise, I don't know how they could just keep postponing the dates and not check their calendar). The last time she called, she wanted to offer me a term that didn't suit me during the week because I was quite busy, and I suggested an online meeting. She said she had to check with the manager, and then sent me a text message saying that the job was no longer available. No one deserves this kind of treatment, so be careful. It seems that they may treat their clients the same way and simply send anyone they don't like to hell.

Very transparent, the interviewer was very kind, approachable and transparent about the fact the role is more junior than my skill level. She was transparent about the salary being $50k, as it's a junior role, and wanted to know if I'm comfortable with this. I really appreciated this, as it's frustrating not finding out the salary range until the end of the process after about 3 interviews.
