First there was a online test conducted by Amcat..easy to crack ..question were related to logarithms,hcf lcm, ratio,ages. After that as students shortlisted for next ground was in good number so company held a gd session of 18 groups consisting 20 students in each by it was not gd it was something like presentation like you have to speak for a minute on a given topic everyone got a fair chance. As i cleared gd then next was technical interview followed by hr. Technical interview was normal as questions were like what is virtual memory,wap for special characters,sorting algorithm,dbms joins and puzzles 1-2. Hr round was like a stress interview You must prepare for this too. Like why sapient and why quality assurance?why not coding? Areas where you want to improve?

I was invited for the interview but asked for hands on experience on API, so lame.... not very well organized, such a waste of time.... no value for our time
