There were two one-on-one interviews on my college campus that were pretty easy. Invited back to final round at their office. There were 3 stages: case study, behavioral, group presentation. The case study was unlike others I had seen. Rather than working through the information and proposing solutions, he actually wanted me to sell him the solution I came to and make up answers to questions I didn't enough information to answer. Behavioral interview was very difficult. He kept pushing for answers even though I had already answered the question. Group presentation was pretty easy and standard.

Terrible - Incompetent HR. Worst I have ever had. HR was late to interview, kept staring on the screen reading emails during interview and had no idea I am way overqualified for the job she was soliciting. Asked the same questions over and over again as she clearly did not comprehend the answers I was giving. As a cherry on the cake, I have never heard back on the outcome of the interview.

The interview process was very easy. I didn't have the standard case interview experience, but I know some who applied for other positions did. There was a 30 session of behavioral questions with the first interviewer, 30 minutes to prepare a presentation, and 30 minutes to present/continue discussion and ask questions to a different person.
