Very bad experience. The panel started the interview by asking to show the entire room by rotating the camera 360°. I felt very bad because the interview has not yet started and I was asked to show my entire room. There is some privacy of the candidate and their space. But still I have shown the entire room. Even after that panel asked to focus camera on every angle of room which is ridiculous. For the sake of interview please don't ruin someone's privacy. Noone has any right to see someone's house without permission. Please respect that. Please trust candidate. If panel feels that candidate might cheat then they can either conduct interview at office or find out some other ways.

Interview process was very smooth as the HR was very professional and polite in terms of scheduling interview rounds and updates. There were 2 technical rounds and managerial round. The questions asked based on resume and more on to check programming knowledge. Some selenium and automation framework questions were also asked.

I got call from sapient through Naukri.com. First round was written round in Sapient office. Total 15 objectives questions , 5 on Selenium 10 on core java. Like collections exceptional handling. 1 subjective question where i have to write a design a framework on some given scenario. Second round was technical, i gave through skype from their noida office. They aksed about projects, one has to throughly know their project, interviewer will ask u to write the code for projects then he ask questions about the framework i design. Then Selenium interview questions , n good questions on core java concepts. They will check how good u r in core java, all conceptually questions. Then after a week managerial round.
