The entire process is very bad and HR has no respect for the candidate. You need to follow up and the entire communication is one way.
Round 1 was good. The interviewer asked scenario based questions to check the real experience of the candidate into Project Management.
In Second round, the gentleman was talking as if he would decide my bread and butter for the entire life. His subject matter expertise was very poor . People forget that one day they will also be interviewed at some place . The process was not transparent and they wasted my entire week .

Very smooth process, with 4 stages. I enjoyed the core values stage the most. It's clear that this is important to them, and ensuring you're a right fit for the company.

The interview process followed a standard format. Initially, I was invited to the office to work on a business case study, with a duration of three hours. 2 days later, the second round was scheduled, during which the HR informed me that I would need to present my case study and connect it with my real-time project experience.
