Colloquio
It involves 3 rounds:
First telephonic round with Sapient POC from project.
Second round with the Project Sr. Manager/ Director.
Third round with Sapient HR about salary negotiations.
For contractor they have some fix budget to offer so don't expect much , when you are trying for a contractor position in IT support role.

They asked if we will ask you something which is not that good as you expect by qualification , then what would be your reaction to that e.g. if you will asked to provide on end user's seat , if you have to carry some hardware to the user desk?
