It's was very confusing. Called at Gurugram office twice. No trust over employees. First round I cleared that was technical, second round was managerial and they rejected in that. On grounds of second round they again took technical by saying I didn't pass managerial round and then third round also they didn't selected me. It was ok but I didn't understand the concept of managerial round.
