The interview process was simple and easy. Your standard traditional interview questions. i.e. Tell me about yourself. etc. I did not have to prepare much, because I got the interview as a transfer from another publix in a different area, but my initial interview was pretty much the same as well.

Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.
Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
