It was short. They ask why do I want to work at Publix? What is my greatest achievement? Why should they hire me? They were precise that made everything easy for me to answer.

Get asked about yourself, your goals, how you approach providing premiere customer service. They also ask what you availability is like. I thought it would be more nerve racking than it was.
Very short and Easy process. Talked with the store manager for around 30 minuets in total for the interview. Several position was offered, however pay was not negotiated during the process.
