Very laid back very quick. He asked me a few questions from the list and since my answers were good focusing on customer service I was offered the job before he finished going through the list. Bagger is a very low position at Publix though. I eventually moved up to customer service staff and then into the bakery.
They asked me whether I knew how to do things outside of bagging and restocking when I clearly stated I was only going to do bagging or restocking shelves with the desired items.

They weren’t hiring anymore minors at the time didn’t want to proceed with interview. My son needed a summer job and they stated they hired as many minors as they could.

Interview was brief. Questions were simple and easy to understand. Overall well-paced and well constructed. Interviewer was nice. Everything was good. Some questions were slightly tricky but overall good interview.
