I would say the interview was helpful and informative. Very helpful in various ways. I would recommend a friend to apply and try to seek employment. Publix has so opportunity to make you feel that there is a possible career choice to be made.

Filled out application on line…was asked a few days later to come into store 3 management people there in interview…just average questions…I told them positive things I liked about the company…let them know I lived within 2 miles of store…and was eager to work any shift.

You may need to wait, the length for getting a look from then personally took me 6 months. Followed by onboarding process which lasted for a day followed by more
Interview with Department manager normally in person, takes about 30 mins. Easy enough process. Normally you do a quick phone interview or online form before receiving the interview. Took me about 2 days to hear back on a decision.
