quick interviews centered on customer service. They look for social skills, attitude, and confidence. It may include multiple interviews. They didn't discuss my wage much. They were open to the availability of my schedule. They were interested about my future with the company. The managers were kind, shook my hand, and smiled often.
Asked what I knew about the company. Interviewer was impressed I knew the founder and when it was founded. The interview was very easy and no prior work experience was needed.
Really was easy. Basically the only question asked was why I wanted to work there. I basically just said because I’ve always enjoyed going to Publix growing up and seeing all the employees with a smile made me know it was a good place to work.

I applied online and I showed up at the job fair in both March to learn about the company and April to actually do my interview. It was for a new store they are opening in Rolesville.
