I applied for any position that didn't require prior experience. I was placed in the deli. Interviewed with the store manager. He asked all behavioral or STAR format questions. Nothing too difficult. I was hired immediately and did a drug test immediately after the interview. I was not expecting that, but had nothing to hide regardless.
