Written test, In person resumes review and interview. The questions were basic, such as naming premium brands of vodka and gin, wine/beer knowledge, and cuisine questions. The manager was kind and professional, the restaurant was busy. The interview lasted about 10 minutes and the offer was on the table immediately. My previous experience greatly enhanced my ability to answer such questions but I did study before I went in, mainly about Peruvian cuisine and Pisco as I had more knowledge based in Mexican cuisine than Peruvian.
