5 stages of interviews. An initial screening call and then a 1 on 1 with the hiring manager. After a month of radio silence, I was asked to come in person for an interview at their office in Los Angeles. They were unprepared for my interview. Three of the people I was meant to interview were not in the office. I met with one person in person and one virtually at the office. Upon leaving I was asked about my availability to start and was told something to the effect of "keeping me warm" which was rather insulting. Lastly did a 5th interview with the person who wasn't in office for my interview. More radio silence afterward. Finally after calling I received a callback at a later date saying that they had passed on me for the role. Overall a waste of time and a disrespectful hiring process. Do better.
