I applied on their official head office in London, I have been contacted within a week. First stage is a selection of people from a group interview organised in their headquarters. They select people based on their fashion knowledge , style and experience. Second interview was with the Manager of the store

ambiente molto accogliente, appena arrivata mi hanno messo subito a mio agio e poi mi hanno chiesto delle mie esperienze e del perche volessi lavorar li, dopodiche mi è stato chiesto cosa mi aspettassi dal lavoro

Really easy and simple, they have a recruitment centre which recruits for the inditex brands. Theres a screening process and then wait for a call for one of the brands. This was the same day for me and then had an interview with the oxford street store the next day.
