      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'altra fonte. La procedura ha richiesto 4 giorni. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Pulse Advertising nel mese di lug 2024

      Colloquio

      I was contacted by the Co-founder via LinkedIn and asked if I wanted a chat about a role they thought I’d be a fit for. I agreed annd was told it’d be with HR as they were busy. Once in the ‘chat’ I then realised it was a first stage interview as I was asked lots of questions rather than it being a chat. I think this is inappropriate as I should have been notified properly beforehand. It was also disappointing to receive a long generic email to say I hadn’t made it to the next stage as I wasn’t made aware that it was a formal interview. I would have appreciated being told on the call if my experience wasn’t a good fit as I hadn’t applied for the role or wanted to interview anyway. A real shame as I’d heard great things about the agency but I wouldn’t consider applying for a role at Pulse ever again based on this experience.
