First round was about 10-15 minutes long second was about 45 minutes to an hour everyone was very informative of how things work. No trick questions or anything during the interview.

The interview was organized and executed well. First spoke with the Office Director, then was sent to talk with the Sales Trainer in the conference room about the structure of the business. Basically she lied. She says trigger phrases like "promote within", "raise within the first 6 months-year" and "minimal weekends". Well if you ask more questions, you'll eventually get a straight answer from her, You have to work every weekend, $10 base pay and will be selling TV subscriptions at a table in Costco.
