Round 1 was a video that you had to record of yourself answering a few questions. I liked this part of the process as it gave me the chance to chat about how my CV aligned with the role. Round 2 was an interview with a recruiter. This was a straightforward interview with Q/A. Round 3 was "testing" - This was the part I felt wasn't totally aligned with the company or the role. If the tests had been more applicable to the job description, this would have been valuable to have in the process, in my opinion.
