First a phone interview, then came in for an in person interview. After the in person interview I was scheduled for a follow up meeting when I came in and was asked to do a design test.

I was called in to have a sit down interview with the art director and she reviewed my portfolio and asked me questions about my work and past employers. About a month later I was called back again to interview with the assistant art director and was then offered the position.

Very thorough and organized. Personable staff. They want to find the very best designers who can keep up and design what is needed. They ask a lot questions about your skills and how your work process is during stress. Be prepared to talk about your work history and detail and how it's relevant to their job
