First I had phone interview Prep with my recruiter to prepare. They were given all requirements for the job to ensure I was ready. Then There was an verbal interview with standard teamwork and leadership questions and then a working interview where I shadowed an employee and then took the lead role in one day. Followed by and in person interview with the manager.
