I applied for the R&D Assistant in Belgium. Before the interview, you have to pass some hudson tests. Meaning abstract reasoning, numerical reasoning and psychological tests. They take approximately 1 hour. During the interview, you go through the test results with the interviewer and you mostly talk about the psychological one. Then you, also, go through your resume. I was informed that you go through several interviews with the R&D Manager and there’s also a lab test that must be done at sight, but I didn’t go through these interviews. Also, they didn’t inform me I wasn’t going through the rest of the interviews, even though they said they would.
