The initial interview was conducted virtually with the HR team, during which we delved into my overall work experience, background, and role expectations. Following that, I had a second interview with the hiring manager and another R&D team member. This interview was a deeper dive into the technical aspects of the role I was applying for, as well as a more detailed exploration of my knowledge and background. As the third step, I completed a Hudson test, which took approximately one hour to finish. Lastly, I was presented with a case scenario to prepare a presentation for, which would be delivered in front of the hiring manager and four other members of the Puratos team.
