Well structured interview in comparison to other practices I have interviewed at. We went through a list of questions, some regarding company values, others regarding my experience and some regarding inclusivity.
Due to project resourcing recruitment for the role was paused after my interview, which was disappointing.

Interviewers weren't as friendly as perhaps other interviews I've had. Conversation did not flow very smoothly. Did not spend much time talking about the job, focussed on my experience too much.
