Very simple, they essentially walk you through the process and definitely gage your personality. Ask if you have tried pure barre before, etc.. They definitely want workers who can express their love for it.
Super fast and easy process. Everyone was super nice and very accommodating. Took about 1 week from interviewing to get the job and then another 1-2 weeks to train on the job

Went through some sales based scenarios and discussed availability for front desk shifts. Super casual and conversational. Asked me my experience working in a fitness space. Must be comfortable on the phone.
