Firstly I was asked to set-up a call with the CEO and turned out it was a panel review with two other c-level folks. They asked pointed questions about digital marketing which were easy to answer. The interview was relaxed and conversational. The second interview was on site and I was told I would meet with the CEO. Surprise! Another panel interview the design team and a couple other c-level individuals. It went splendid and was asked if we came to an agreement when I could start. WARNING! I was under the impression I might be a shared resource so I posted an announcement that I took the job and placed the parent company logo on it. The offer I signed was rescinded by the CEO Greg Kay as he had a fit about the logo mistake. So needless to say I am now back in the market. The CEO needs his head checked I was about to revolutionize his order system. I dodged a toxic bullet!

Applied online (for two different positions) had phone screenings for both. Was ghosted for months on end, where they'd only respond with "we're working on it" after several emails (and phone calls) pestering for an update. Still no definitive answer after months. Avoid wasting your time with this company.

They give you a thorough explanation of your role but they do leave out how cut throat it is once you're thrown into the mix. They have thousands of showrooms and customers they work with and they explain this but they don't explain which one is more valuable than the next.
