Basic and very informal Emails to set up a short conversation with what would be a coworker. At that point I was told internet was not sufficient for the job...But was still contacted for the next stage about 2 weeks later, a google hangout with the owner was scheduled. Owner no showed/called for my interview when I tried to contact her I received an immediate email reply and was told I could reschedule my own interview.(I did not) I then received a generic email about a month later saying they had moved forward with a different candidate.

I got two phone calls with conversations and a little bit unorthodox questions. This was followed by a group video meeting where I met the team and answered interview questions that helped show how I think on my feet.
