it is a Virtual interview with zoom and It took about 30 mins. The interview starts off with introductions with your background and past experience. It does not need specific skills.

I got the interview call the next day after I submitted my resume. The whole interview process takes two rounds with HR manager and CEO respectively. The HR manger was kinda nice and asked some professional questions in English; however, I did not expected that the CEO disrespected candidates with extremely unprofessional attitude. He was constantly asking irrelevant and personal questions such as : what jobs do your parents do? If you are going to attend a blind-date appointment, introduce yourself in Chinese etc. I totally had no idea what the points about the job and what did the interviewer intend to do. Overall, very traditional Chinese-owned company: Mean attitude and pay less. If you have better choice, I highly recommend you not to choose to work here.
