I had 3 interviews and took two tests (Behavioral Assessment and Cognitive Assessment), so a lot of time and preparation went into this interview process. From my POV, each interview went well and I got positive reassurance from the interviewers, so I was excited to hear back from them with a possible job offer. I am a huge communicator, and unfortunately, they are simply not. I never heard back from them until I emailed them a few times for an update, just to find out I didn't get the job. I asked for insight and feedback since I was fairly certain I was going to get the position and I spent so much time and energy preparing for the interviews, but to this day, I have not heard back from anyone. Not very courteous of them. I was very disappointed.
