Text message interview and phone chat. Discussed my on/off Premise experience and which location would work best for me. I had applied first for the role. Then a recruiter text me asking me when a good time to chat about the role and my experience. We then set a time to do a phone interview. I was asked some questions and I answered them
Their employees are very nice people who hold organized conversations. They will ask about your experience, avaliablility for the job, but the pay isn't really negotiable. Sometime they will provide pay for miles.
