Three (or four) steps:
Basic at home coding test, in the language of your choice
Coffee interview (just a chat about me and the company). Sit down, have a coffee with one or 2 people who you might be working with (not just managers)
Technical interval. Get grilled (nicely) by a team lead and a senior developer. Not as scary as it sounds, but not an easy hour either.
full day "work in the office then review the code". Come in, work for the day on a real problem on the real codebase, have lunch with the team, and learn about how we build software. High pressure and exhausting, but very satisfying.
