I was hired through a third party company so I am only paid an hourly rate whenever I work. It was very easy to go through, and as a recurring contractor I no longer need to interview whenever I return for the next busy season.

I applied online and received an email for an interview a week or two after. Had the interview over FaceTime and it was quite causal with. The interviewer asked a lot about my past experiences and life at university as well as a few soft skills questions. Thought it went well but have not heard back from them for quite a while.
