The hiring process was a cover letter, followed by online psychometric tests and an assessment centre. Later on, I was called for a final interview with two heads of departments in Cyber Security.
The interview went well, mainly being competency based, but they did ask some technical questions to assess your level of understanding.

A time in your previous job where you found a difficulty and how you overcame it.
It was a video interview question where you would get at least a minute to answer a question. You would receive 6 questions which would be video questions. Also, you would get case studies and see how you would overcome a scenario.

There were a number of steps, initially the Online Application, this was followed by Career Valuation Test then I had a Career Unlocked Assessment followed by a Numerical Reasoning Test subsequently a Video Interview
