Apply - Phone interview - 1-1 interview with a partner. The interviewee asked me several questions about the position I applied for. You should be prepared for that. Supposedly they will get back to you within 30 days.
Partner chat - commercial questions around my opinions, technical about specific considerations, what I think about the market and leadership questions: what do you want to do, whats important, how would you lead etc
