Kurzes Interview zu Person, bisherigem Werdegang und fachlicher Kontext. Allerdings fachlicher Kontext nur sehr wenig, da das Praktikum während des Bachelorstudiums durchgeführt wurde. Fokus des Interviews lag auf der persönlichen Motivation.

Have to pass the online psychometric tests then have to do online recorded interview with a couple questions. The normal expected questions for interviews. Would recommend to have good commercial awareness and info on recent projects.

The process included an online assessment and a virtual interview; it wasn’t difficult, but the test didn’t accurately reflect the role I was applying for, which felt slightly misleading overall.
the interview process was not too bad, it consisted of an online assessment and then a video online assessment where I had to record myself answering 4 different competency based questions.
